We celebrate St. Croix's
culture through the
arts, education, and community building.
Our first project is a documentary film about Quelbe music on St. Croix, told through the lens of the women of Calypso and Quelbe, and the significance of this historic and cultural treasure.

The Red Dragonfly Foundation is a 501(c)(3) registered in St. Croix, USVI. We are also approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3), and all contributions, bequests, devises, transfers and gifts are tax deductible under IRS Section 170 and Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
